I recently hired John and his Mercedes for my wedding in July and what a fantastic experience it was working with him! He is an absolute gentleman, very easy to communicate with both prior to the day itself and on the day. We had a fair bit of rain on the day to contend with, but it didn’t dampen John’s spirits in the slightest. John’s Mercedes is magnificent. It is flawless and so well kept, exactly what we had hoped for. The combination of the car and John’s driving made the ride so comfortable and enjoyable, with good conversation along the way. The Mercedes featured in many of our photos from the day and it photographs just as stunning as it looks in person. Thanks so much for being part of our day John!

All questions that were asked were answered swiftly. Our daughter's driver (Josh) was absolutely amazing. I feel he went above and beyond what we were expecting. He was absolutely fantastic, bith my daughter and her friend haven't stopped talking about their journey to prom to the point i think they enjoyed it more than the event itself. I genuinely can't find the right words that would do him justice. Would highly recommend and really hope he is still doing this when my other 2 have their proms

Chris was so so great, he was so easy to have around, was on time, a safe driver, very relaxed about the day and where we wanted to go/when. Plus, when a last minute issue (due to rain) arose with the car I'd originally booked, he apologetically and immediately offered several other options for us, one of which was another incredible vintage car that I think worked out even better than the original choice. Couldn't have had a better experience, it was really just so much fun! (especially watching all the heads turn as we drove through sunny Sydney in a red Chevy Impala convertible!)

The only reason I have given them 4 stars rather than the 5 it was only when we were sitting in the showroom collecting the car we were told there is an £2,500 excess on the car. This was something we would have to pay if there were any incidents whilst the car was in our care. I feel this was something we should know about at the time of booking as it really needed to be taken into account at that point of the process. Other than that, a wonderful experience.

Ajit is extremely passionate about his car and provided us with a lovely insight about its history and its future. He was really receptive to working around my schedule! The vehicle itself was also beautiful, with many modern amenities. There's an Aux cable installed so you can charge you can connect your phone! This was especially helpful because I was able to keep my phone charged while I drove long distances. Bluetooth was a little trickier, but once I figured out the dial I was able to play music too! This model doesn't come with a side mirror on the passenger side, but you quickly adjust to it. The rear view is angled so can see your blindspot. It was a real treat to drive and ran beautifully! Can't recommend this car enough!

We booked Graham’s beautiful white Triumph Stag convertible for my daughter’s wedding day to take us from Earl’s Court to Chelsea Registry Office, and then to use the car for a photo shoot afterwards. Having never used BookAClassic before, we were a little unsure about relying on this service—and a car owner we didn’t know—for such an important occasion. But from the very first message, Graham was reassuring, warm and friendly. He clearly understood how meaningful the day was for us and instantly made us feel confident everything would go smoothly. On the day, Graham arrived well ahead of time, fully aware that London traffic can be unpredictable. He was the perfect gentleman—completely relaxed and accommodating—and his stunning white Stag was immaculately presented, complete with a white ribbon. After the ceremony, we hadn’t arranged any specific parking for photos (which is no small challenge in central London, with no-parking zones everywhere). But Graham handled everything so calmly and professionally—finding spots spontaneously and helping make sure we got the photos we’d hoped for. He couldn't have been more accommodating, and responsive throughout the whole process - which involved several postponements due to the pandemic. We had a unique experience with the Cali Blue Bus. The communication prior to our event was very professional. They arrived on time as scheduled but the bus was having mechanical issues when it was time to depart. Then once it was up and running, a separate mechanical issue appeared that made it unsafe to drive. Elyse was able to offer an alternative option but I think both parties would say that the whole situation was not ideal. The bus itself from a "decoration" perspective was exactly as described.
